Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked trout
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbs goat cheese
- 8 tbs crème fraîche
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 2 tbs chives, chopped
- Pickled vegetables, capers, toasty bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Add smoked trout and minced garlic to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add goat cheese, crème fraîche, lemon juice, and chives to the food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Serve with toasty bread and pickled veggies.
